Cashew Spread

Cheesy-creamy Joy (without cheese)



Ingredients

  • 200g cashews (unsalted)

  • 100ml water

  • 2 tbsp yeast flakes

  • lemon

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Optional: canned peppers, dried tomatoes, baked zucchini/aubergine, arugula, beetroot...


Preparation

  1. Soak 200g cashews in 100ml water for 20 minutes

  2. Blend in a food processor with yeast flakes, lemon, spices and other ingredients of your choice until creamy
