2. Subject Matter
These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of all digital and personal products and services offered by Nutrition by Nicoletta, including but not limited to online courses, digital downloads, templates, and 1-to-1 coaching packages.
3. Purchase & Payment
Prices are stated on the respective product or service page and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via the stated payment provider. Upon successful payment, you will receive confirmation and access details by email.
4. Right of Withdrawal & Digital Content
For digital products: By completing your purchase and accessing the digital content, you explicitly agree that delivery begins immediately and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires upon accessing the content.
For 1-to-1 coaching: You have the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase, provided no session has taken place. Once a session has been held, the right of withdrawal expires for that session.
If you have not yet accessed any content or attended any session, you may withdraw within 14 days by contacting mail@nutritionbynicoletta.com.
5. Money-Back Guarantee
For the online course "Natural Energy for What Really Matters," Nutrition by Nicoletta offers a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions: You have genuinely worked through the course and implemented the recommendations for the full 14 days without noticing any improvement in your energy levels.
To request a refund under this guarantee, please contact mail@nutritionbynicoletta.com within 14 days of purchase with a brief description of your experience. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
For all other products and services, no voluntary money-back guarantee applies beyond statutory rights, unless explicitly stated on the product page.
This guarantee does not limit or replace your statutory rights as a consumer.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials and content are the intellectual property of Nicoletta Zimmermann and are protected by copyright. Purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own private use only. Sharing, reproducing, reselling or distributing any part of the content in any form is strictly prohibited.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence also apply.
