Why this approach matters to me

Hi, I’m Nicoletta and my work in nutrition didn’t start because everything was easy for me. It started because it wasn’t.

 

Years ago, I struggled with my own digestive issues and food sensitivities and spent a long time trying to “do everything right”, often feeling more confused than supported.

Working with a nutritionist at that time laid the foundation for many years of exploring nutrition more deeply. What began as personal support grew into a long-term interest and eventually formal training in holistic health and nutritional psychology. Along the way, I learned that understanding nutrition goes far beyond food choices alone.

Over time, it became clear that lasting health doesn’t come from stricter rules or perfect plans, but from an approach that considers stress, habits, and everyday life.

 

Nutrition needs to fit into real life to be supportive not something that adds more pressure.
