Hummus

Healthy, simple all-rounder

Ingredients

  • 200g cooked chickpeas

  • 2 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 3-4 tbsp water (depending on consistency)

  • Salt

  • Optional: cumin, paprika powder, grilled peppers, beetroot, arugula, olives, avocado... (Hummus can also have different flavors depending on your preference)


preparation

  1. Rinse chickpeas and drain.

  2. Place all ingredients (chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, spices and other ingredients) into a food processor.

  3. Puree, gradually adding the water until the hummus is nice and creamy.


The hummus will last about 5 days in the refrigerator.
