My recipes are here to inspire you to cook intuitively and explore new ideas with ease. They’re intentionally simple, flexible, and easy to adapt based on what you like and have on hand.

All recipes are plant-based and designed to be simple, nourishing and intuitive so you can enjoy cooking without pressure and find what feels good for your body.

To help you navigate your personal journey toward gut-friendly nourishment, the recipes are grouped by macronutrients – carbohydrates, proteins, and healthy fats. Some dishes appear in more than one category, as many whole foods naturally offer more than one nutritional benefit. That’s what makes them so powerful in a balanced, intuitive way of eating.
